I am an ex dancer as well as Dance Teacher and that's really where my yoga journey began!
I came to yoga to help heal my body from previous injuries, scoliosis and to help rebalance it, I gained so much more!
The practise of yoga helped me both physically and mentally in my everyday life and it's now something I want to share with everyone that I can!
Last year me and my Husband left the UK and Travelled Europe in our Campervan with our Pug Vino, I continued to teach yoga online from literally wherever our van was parked, We have now spent the summer in Italy and I have been loving teaching classes in person again!
I am Laura, I run Shine Bright Yoga in Chester & Flintshire. I specialise in pregnancy, hatha flow, postnatal, baby, children’s, restorative and yin yoga. My classes are friendly and relaxed and suitable for all levels. I am passionate about teaching yoga and would love to share these benefits with you!
My vision is that all people have access to powerful and effective guides, teachers, therapists and facilitators that are supportive, clear vessels to support their journeys of deephealing, remembrance and awakening.

Jade is the creator of the Jade Green Crafts School, her passion lies in foraging and herbalism and teaching people about the wonders of nature, wild food and herbal medicine. She holds foraging walks throughout the year at various locations, with the occasional crafting class to utilise the foraged goodies collected on the walk. It is truly a beautiful day out, connecting with nature and learning about the magic that grows all around us.
Jade is available for one-on-one walks, family walks or groups of up to 10 people and will soon be offering her classes to local schools. It is hard not to be amazed by the sheer abundance of nature and the things you can find growing, even in the city.
